Tyler's Drumline

My days seem to be busier than ever. I thought when all my kids moved out Joe and I would have some free time. WRONG! It has been busier than ever, but I'm not complaining. Here are some pictures of my oldest pride and joy Tyler. He has been competing in drumline competitions for the past two months or more. We finally got to go see him when they put on a community performance at his school. They were great! The name of their show is DRIFT. I did not get a lot of pictures, but here are a few.

We went to the car show today. This is my grandson Tyler, I have never seen him smile this big for a picture for a looooong time. Suppose it is the cheerleaders???

This is my niece Logan. She was working hard at the show handing out info for a garage floor business.

This car belongs to one of my daycare kids, Derik. I can't believe he is 16 years old already. Is this car cool or what? This is Derik below. Good job Derik! I am proud of you!

Valentine's Day Party

I know it is late, but I wanted to put some pictures of my daycare kids on here. This is their Valentine's Party. They are the best kids in Palmyra!

Doesn't this look like a wonderful day to spend your days? I would not trade my job with anyone for anything.

Circus Fun

It was a busy weekend for Joe and I. We went to the circus with Daniel, Alicia, Sam, Jake, and Makenzie on Saturday morning. What fun we had!! Here is Sam enjoying his snow cone. Pap and he have a big time trying out all the snacks and drinks at the circus. I don't think they missed too many. They had snow cones, cotton candy, carmel popcorn and plain popcorn. If the grandkids want something and they want a yes answer for sure, which is most of the time, they always ask Pap because he will NOT tell them no.
Of course, Spiderman is huge around daycare and Sam's house right now so we had to make sure Sam got to talk to him.

Anyone who knows my daughter can appreciate the fact that they were interviewed by Reed Yadon on the morning news. Makenzie and she also got to be in the clown act, helping hold the tarp so the clowns could shoot another clown into it out of a cannon. :) She has pictures on her blog of that. We were watching Sam and Jake while Daniel took the pictures.

We also made the rounds so the kids could talk to all of the clowns and get their autographs and have their picture taken with them.

Sam is awestruck trying to take it all in.

Jake loved the circus. He squealed most of the time we were there! I promised him some cotton candy, but his mother kept a close eye on me, so that did not happen.

Sam riding the ponies.

We can't wait until next year! We love the circus!
